Where:
40 Metalurhiv Ave (Aurora Hotel)

Let’s work on building our psychological resilience using creative tools that engage the body, senses, and imagination.
The Kryvyi Rih Cultural Centre / KRCC invites you to join a workshop led by Swiss theater director Madeleine Bongard.
Using acting techniques based on relaxation, rhythm, and pleasure, you’ll go through a session where well-being and calmness guide you toward a beautiful, intense, and enjoyable artistic expression. You’ll leave the masterclass with all your senses awakened and filled with new energy.
Madeleine Bongard has been familiar with Ukraine since 2016, having worked in Lviv, Kyiv, and Mariupol. Since the 2022 invasion, she has been gathering testimonies from Ukrainians who remained in the country for a multidisciplinary project called Black Hole, which aims to showcase the inventive resilience of the Ukrainian people in the face of aggression. During the workshop, Madeleine will incorporate scenes from Black Hole for shared performance.
The workshop will be conducted in English with Ukrainian translation. It is designed for participants aged 18 and over.
Who is this workshop for? For anyone interested in opening up, releasing heavy thoughts, freeing emotions, and gaining new experiences. No theater or acting background is required; the event is open to a wide audience.
