    The NGO Institute for the Development of Kryvyi Rih is announcing a dream job opportunity—Manager for the Kryvyi Rih Cultural Centre (KRCC)!

This is the perfect chance for those passionate about developing contemporary art in Ukraine and advancing culture and creative industries in Kryvyi Rih.
Requirements:

Higher education.
At least two years of project management experience.
English proficiency at an Intermediate level.
Proactivity and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Understanding of contemporary cultural and creative economy processes (experience in the arts and culture field is an advantage).
Awareness of the challenges and opportunities specific to Kryvyi Rih as an industrial city (residency in Kryvyi Rih is a plus).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Results-oriented mindset.
Experience organizing public events and activities.
Responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities:

Organize team workflows and monitor performance.
Generate ideas to develop culture and creative industries in Kryvyi Rih.
Actively participate in designing and implementing institutional projects and take responsibility for results.
Execute public programs such as lectures, tours, concerts, film screenings, and other events in Kryvyi Rih.
Maintain documentation for assigned projects and programs.
Represent the institution publicly within the professional community and to broader audiences.
