Yes, *WITCH OF KONOTOP*, as featured in The New York Times, drawing kilometer-long lines to the box office of the Ivan Franko National Academic Drama Theater in Kyiv, and winner of the 2024 Taras Shevchenko National Prize, directed by Ivan Uryvskyi, is coming to Kryvyi Rih!
The performance will take place at the Theater of Drama and Musical Comedy named after T.H. Shevchenko (23 Poshtovyi Ave, Kryvyi Rih) on December 1 at 16:00. Tickets are available on concert.ua.
The original satirical-realistic story narrates the life of the town of Konotop, the Cossack officers, the commander of the famous Konotop company Mykyta Ulasovych Zabrioha, his clerk Prokop Rygorovych Pistryak, and the witch Yavdokha Zubyha.
