Sept (Berlin)

Sept is one of the first names that comes to mind when talking about techno. Throughout his career, he has consistently stayed away from mainstream sounds. His DJ sets are true musical journeys, and his sound continues to evolve while remaining deeply rooted in techno. At the same time, Sept masterfully balances darkness and light, creating layered sonic experiences that regularly take him to some of the most respected clubs across Asia, Europe, North America, and South America.
Beyond his artistic work, Sept has been one of the driving forces behind the Polish electronic music scene. Since the beginning of his career, he has been actively involved in event organization and artistic curation, leaving a lasting mark on the development of the scene. In 2024, he took another step forward by founding OPUS, a multidisciplinary project that brings together music and visual arts through its own label and event series.
Sept’s music has been released on renowned labels such as CLERGY, BPitch, Flash Recordings, KYSH, and his own OPUS imprint. His mixes have been featured in some of the world's most respected podcast series, including Boiler Room, Mixmag, HÖR, Vault Sessions, Slam Radio, and HATE.

  • Sept’s sound continues to challenge conventions and inspire audiences. He remains an enigmatic figure within the contemporary techno scene, inviting listeners into a world where every sound tells a story.

Slava Lepsheiev (Kyiv)

Founder of Cxema (Схема), the Kyiv-based organization that has become one of the key driving forces behind the evolution of electronic music culture in Ukraine.
Slava organized the first Cxema parties in the spring of 2014, at a time when cultural and nightlife activities had nearly come to a standstill due to political and economic crises. His core vision has always been to stage raves in unconventional urban locations — garage cooperatives, riverside skate parks, film studios, and former industrial sites. These events foster collaboration between musicians, architects, and artists, transforming the rave into a platform for progressive youth culture and creative exchange.
Slava’s mission is to develop Ukraine’s contemporary nightlife culture and strengthen Kyiv’s position as one of the leading centers of the progressive electronic music scene. By introducing new cultural values and practices, he sees Cxema as a catalyst for broader social transformation in the country.

morekhvyli (Kyiv)

A multi-genre DJ and active participant in the Ukrainian electronic music scene. Her sound combines hypnotic atmospheres with dynamic energy, moving across diverse sonic territories — from immersive ambient textures to rhythmic, broken, and experimental forms.
Her sets focus on creating a cohesive sonic environment where rhythm and texture work together seamlessly. Her approach is built on careful selection and the gradual development of energy, resulting in a harmonious narrative structure. Working with intricate details and layered sounds, she occasionally incorporates organic samples and unconventional elements that add depth and a sense of liveliness to her performances.
She has performed at Berlin’s legendary Tresor club as well as at key venues across Ukraine, including Brukxt, Community Cafe, Closer Connections, Keller, HVLV, Mezzanine (Kyiv), Scena 5, Some People (Kharkiv), Sympatia (Khmelnytskyi), 0432 (Vinnytsia), Prombar (Ivano-Frankivsk), Spalah (Dnipro), Fader (Lviv), and Kultura (Uzhhorod).
Her mixes have been featured on BCCO (New Faces S5), Fade Radio, Noneside, 20ft Radio, komrad, Difficult Dance, VORTEX, and Krytotyt. She has also performed for numerous local projects, including Kultura Zvuku, What is Feminine?, ÓПІК, Hidden, HUM/ГУЛ, and the Jäger Music Awards.
morekhvyli continues to explore the balance between the functional power of dance music and experimental approaches, creating sets that resonate both on and beyond the dancefloor.

Levchenko (Kryvyi Rih)

A DJ and sound artist from Ukraine known for emotionally charged and energetic sets that balance nostalgia with contemporary sound. A graduate of Kultura Zvuku (2025), she has developed a distinctive style that combines warm analog textures with progressive rhythms.
Musical genres: Disco / Italo Disco / Nu Disco; Melodic House & Techno; Deep House; Techno (Peak Time / Driving); Electronica / Leftfield; Balearic / Acid / Breaks.

  • “I can play in many different ways: energizing a vibrant pop party, creating a deep atmosphere in a bar, guiding a rave toward its climax, or driving the crowd into a state where the body moves on its own. For me, music is more than sound — it is a source of energy, strength, and the desire to live.

When I play, I want to guide listeners toward their authentic identity — a self that can feel, open up, discover inner freedom, and embrace its own sensuality. Sound is what liberates us, pushes us into movement, and reconnects us with our inner truth.”

For Kryvyi Rih, the development of the electronic music scene is an important part of the broader cultural transformation currently taking place in the city. The emergence of new events, creative communities, and independent cultural initiatives creates opportunities for self-expression, dialogue, and the formation of a contemporary urban environment.
In the context of the ongoing pressures of war and the city’s proximity to the frontline, music takes on a special role as a means of emotional recovery, presence, and human connection. This is why KRYVBAZ aims to create an experience that combines high-quality contemporary music, a sense of safety, and an opportunity — even if only for one day — to shift attention away from everyday challenges and toward a shared cultural experience.
An essential element of the event is the creation of a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. The organizers are committed to the principles of openness, mutual respect, and zero tolerance for any form of discrimination.
KRYVBAZ is part of the KRCC Culture Talks project, implemented in partnership with the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House.
Festival Partner: Goethe-Institut Ukraine.
