The Kryvyi Rih Center for Contemporary Culture (KRCC) invites you to a gender mainstreaming workshop led by Yuliya Chermazovych, one of the leading experts in human resource management and strategic development.

Yuliya Chermazovych is the HR Director (HRD) of the Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine, with extensive experience in implementing HR strategies in major industrial and energy companies. Previously, she held the position of HRD at PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, where she successfully introduced innovative personnel management approaches in the challenging conditions of the industrial sector.
During the workshop, participants will gain practical knowledge on integrating gender approaches into management and explore how gender equality affects productivity and organizational development.Key Topics:
