Title: Gender (In)Equality

Where:
Grusha Georgia (33 Metalurhiv Ave., Kryvyi Rih)

Cultural Friday is a space for discussions, idea exchange, and new connections. We create an atmosphere where everyone has the chance to speak up, share experiences and perspectives, and find like-minded people.

How does gender influence our lives, careers, relationships, and society? We will talk about the challenges faced by different groups of people and discuss ways toward a more equitable future.
What will we discuss?- Does true equality between women and men exist in Ukraine?- Gender stereotypes: how do they affect our lives?- Pay gap: myth or reality?- Is positive discrimination necessary? Pros and cons of quotas.- How is society changing under the influence of modern feminism?- Gender equality in culture and the arts: are women’s voices sufficiently represented?
We do not have a single lecturer; all participants have an equal voice. Everyone can share their opinion on the announced topic. You will have the opportunity to continue the discussion in a relaxed atmosphere, make new acquaintances, and exchange ideas.
Come to share your thoughts, learn more about different perspectives, and join an important conversation.
We invite all attendees to share their stories, offer support, find like-minded people, and initiate new partnerships to defend artists’ rights. This meeting will also be useful for artists, activists, and human rights defenders—anyone who believes in creative freedom and wants to support artists.
