The Kryvyi Rih Center for Contemporary Culture (KRCC) invites you to the lecture "Combating Gender-Based Violence", conducted by Olha Kostina—a feminist, public activist, and founder of social initiatives.
Gender-based violence (GBV) is a systemic issue that affects all areas of life—family, education, workplaces, and public spaces. It manifests in various forms: physical, psychological, economic, and sexual violence, as well as discrimination that reinforces inequality between women and men.
This lecture will help understand the mechanisms of combating GBV, reveal it as a societal issue that each individual can influence, and provide tools to recognize and prevent violence.
